All chilli products shown in this shop from chilli chocolate to hot chilli sauces and chilli toffee, are hand produced on a small scale with quality rather than quantity being my prime concern. Wherever possible I source fruit and vegetables from either local growers or from my own garden to bring you taste and goodness. No artificial additives or preservatives are used in the making of my products. If you live locally to myself then please feel free to collect your goods in person - just let me know beforehand so I can ensure I am in. ALL PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES.

I visited your stall at the North Yorkshire show and mentioned a book that I have just published 'Why the Chinese Don't Count Calories'. We have sampled the sweet and hot pepper sauce which I think is outstanding, not like anything I have found in the east but full of flavour and very versatile I just wanted to contact you to say how much we are enjoying your squash chutney and balsmic onions. I met you at the Taste show in Leeds and will be ordering more shortly. Keep up the good work!!! We tried your 'smart arse' sauce which was great, however unfortunately you had sold out. I'll definitely be recommending your products to friends who also love chilli!! The chilli toffee we bought from you got munched very quickly - delicious! The tomato chutney went in 24 hours - it was absolutely delicious! It's a shame you don't do a really big pot - it is really yummy.
