I visited your stall at the North Yorkshire show and mentioned a book that I have just published 'Why the Chinese Don't Count Calories'.  We have sampled the hot pepper sauce which I think is outstanding, not like anything I have found in the east but full of flavour and very versatile

A friend of mine bought some of your sauce called Son of Smart Arse, after passing it around (and nearly killing a few people) some of us would like to order it for ourselves along with some other products from your page.   

The chilli toffee we bought from you got munched very quickly - delicious!

The tomato chutney went in 24 hours - it was absolutely delicious! It's a shame you don't do a really big pot - it is really yummy.

I have just finished about half a bottle of your Nuclear Naga Sauce, which I got from the deli in the Durham market, and I can tell you that it is the best hot sauce I have ever had. I am from the SW US, have lived long in India and Sri Lanka, and have continued cooking TexMex and Indian/Sri Lankan as often as possible. This is a finely considered judgment. If my nerves, and my family, could take it, I’d buy it by the keg. Michael
